Sustainability Is Our Goal
The Egyptian Society for Quality in Healthcare operates through an integrated framework that brings together quality improvement, capacity building, awareness, consulting, scientific research, institutional support, and community partnerships.
The Society’s activities aim to transform quality concepts from standards and policies into practical applications that contribute to improving healthcare services, enhancing institutional efficiency, and promoting a better quality of life.
Our Activities
01 | Quality Standards and Performance Indicators Development
Collaborating with relevant organizations locally and internationally to develop, review, and evaluate quality standards, performance indicators, and improvement programs in health and healthcare, supporting continuous improvement and higher levels of performance.
02 | Policy and Procedure Development
Contributing to the development of specialized policies, procedures, and programs in healthcare quality to help institutions establish clearer, more efficient, and more sustainable systems of operation.
03 | Healthcare Quality Consulting
Providing consulting and technical services to institutions and organizations working in healthcare quality, supporting them in improving performance and implementing appropriate practices.
04 | Promoting a Culture of Quality and Community Awareness
Raising public awareness of quality and health concepts and supporting the implementation of quality standards in healthcare services, with the goal of fostering a culture in which quality becomes an integral part of everyday practice.
05 | Training and Capacity Building
Designing and delivering specialized training programs in healthcare, public health, and quality to develop the skills and capabilities of professionals, personnel, and specialists.
06 | Technology and Innovation
Supporting the adoption of modern technologies, digital tools, and emerging applications across the Society’s various activities and leveraging them to improve training, services, research, and quality management systems.
07 | Scientific Research and Development Projects
Participating in scientific research and implementing and supporting development projects aimed at achieving meaningful and sustainable impact on health, quality of life, and community development.
08 | Environment and Sustainable Development
Contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at protecting the environment, advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, and connecting healthcare quality with the quality of the environment and the well-being of communities.
09 | Conferences, Seminars, and Scientific Forums
Organizing conferences, panel discussions, workshops, and scientific events, both in person and through digital platforms, in the fields of healthcare quality, public health, and institutional development.
10 | Supporting Healthcare Institutions and Facilities
Contributing to the support of government, private, and nonprofit healthcare authorities, institutes, and hospitals. This includes helping provide necessary resources and supplies, as well as technical and financial support and specialized expertise to improve performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
11 | Local and International Collaboration
Collaborating and exchanging expertise with local and international organizations, authorities, and institutions working in areas related to health, quality, and development.
12 | Monitoring and Evaluating the Quality of Healthcare Programs and Services
Participating in monitoring and evaluating the quality of programs and services in healthcare and public health. Areas include, but are not limited to, patient safety, maternal and child care, family planning, health education, healthy nutrition, medical outreach programs, medical tourism, elderly care, and other areas of health and healthcare.
13 | Building the Capacity of Civil Society Organizations
Participating in programs aimed at strengthening the organizational, administrative, and technical capacities of associations and civil society organizations working in public health and healthcare service delivery. The goal is to help these organizations improve their efficiency and enhance their ability to manage and implement programs more effectively and sustainably.
14 | Partnerships, Community Development, and Youth Empowerment
Collaborating and partnering with the private sector, nonprofit sector, and civil society organizations to implement sustainable development activities and initiatives. These partnerships aim to improve the health of individuals and communities, enhance service quality, support community development, and create employment opportunities for young men and women.
15 | Scientific Publishing and Knowledge Transfer
Publishing specialized scientific journals, periodic publications, booklets, and print and digital content in the fields of quality and healthcare. This forms part of the Society’s role in disseminating knowledge, making it accessible to professionals, interested stakeholders, and researchers, and supporting continuous learning.
